You saw it here first.

These are the first ever shots of a Burnout game running on the PC.

But to understand how awesome these shots are, you really need to see them in their native resolution!

What you can see, if you click through to our Flickr site , select "All Sizes" and then "Original" is 1920 x 2400 images taken straight from the game!

The PC allows us to experiment with a variety of multi-screen configurations, so we thought we'd try out a double-screen huge portrait image of the game.

Here you can see Tarquin playing an epic Paradise session.

This is Paradise City as you've never seen it!

Like everything else on this site, we're haven't treated these images in any way – they're just output direct from the PC in real time. so naturally that's 60Hz progressive.

We don't want to waste time making our work-in-progress look finished, so there's never any touch-up, up-res or faked game imagery. You get to see what we're building as we build it!

And in the case of PC Paradise, the game just spits out unbelievably fine shots, even at this early stage of development.
