Burnout Paradise hit stores over a week ago and still the reviews are flowing in and heaping praise on the latest member of the Burnout family. Here we look at the reviews that Burnout Paradise has had since the first batch 2 weeks ago.

GameSpy (link opens in window Xbox 360 review or link opens in window PS3 review) was clearly feeling the Paradise love when they wrote that "...there's so much to do and wreck that you'll invest tens of hours in single-player before you even tap the d-pad to jump into the online experience" and awarded the game a 4.5 out of 5. Meanwhile over at Edge magazine Burnout Paradise was awarded a 9/10 and inspired them to say that "It's hard not to see [Burnout Paradise] as the birth of a new era". GameSpot (link opens in window Xbox 360 review or link opens in window PS3 review) said that "Burnout Paradise includes all the fast-driving, hard-wrecking action you'd expect from a Burnout game" and bestowed a 9.0 on it. Also feeling the Burnout Paradise love was DailyGame (link opens in window Xbox 360/ PS3 review) who, aside from awarding the game 9.25/10, proclaimed that "Burnout Paradise now sits atop the charts as the best Burnout yet".
