GROW WITH YOUR PEERS
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. They’re employee-led communities that create belonging across EA and help advance our inclusion goals. Join an ERG to connect and grow with people across the company.
We love games
You will get yearly Credits to redeem against EA Games as well as discounts on EA Affiliate games.
There is even a one-time Console Reimbursement scheme.
It keeps going…
Take advantage of a range of self funded benefits that help spread the cost over 12 months. Including Tax Free Bicycles: tax savings on monthly deductions, Gym Flex, Health Assessments, and more.
We want you to feel you can continue to grow and evolve with us. Therefore we arrange studio wide Inspire days, Play days, and Hackathons. Through EA you also have access to online classes and portfolios through services like Udemy, O'Reilly, the GDC Vault, ACM Digital Library, and of course our internal Dev Days and tutorials. Our Mentor Programs gives you access to learn from some of the best developers in this industry, offering yearly 1-on-1 mentorship but also the possibility for you to offer others.
Our Hybrid work model allows us the best of both worlds - three days we are in the office allowing us to share ideas, solve problems, and build a community together. While two days at home gives us the flexibility for focus time without distractions. Of course you can choose to be in the office full time if you prefer.

I'm A Student
Whether you join as early talent, an intern, or while finishing your thesis, you’ll get hands-on experience with the work we do at Criterion. That means contributing to real projects alongside the team building Battlefield - and seeing your work in reality.
To us, having that hands-on experience is crucial for you to grow and feel your input is valued here. You’ll be supported day to day by people who want you to succeed: someone to learn from, someone to ask when you are stuck, and regular check-ins so you know how you are doing. We are a team here - and that includes you.
By the time you leave, our goal is that you’ll have:
Practical experience of how real development works
More confidence that you belong in this industry
A good time doing it
Let us help you to discover how far you can go!
Tips for a sucessful Application
Focus on skills + practical experience (projects, mods, events, hobbies, other industries) - highlight what you did and what you learned
Tailor your portfolio to the role + studio and edit hard: show a few top pieces that prove quality, breadth, and depth
Keep the portfolio simple and fast to view (works on all devices, minimal clicks, clear descriptions, clear credits).
Show process, not just results: include breakdowns that explain how you made the work
Make it easy to contact you: name, email, CV link; spell-check everything, and use a professional domain
Treat interviews as two-way: come ready to discuss your experience and ambitions - as well as asking thoughtful questions about culture and direction
Follow up after interviews with a thank-you email (and any extra questions)
If rejected, ask for feedback and treat it as a learning step. A rejection is not a failure, but it can be used as a step to learn.
"I’ve been at Criterion long enough to see different eras and a whole lot of resilience. I started my career here as an intern producer, and as I’ve matured into the role, I’ve loved being part of a studio that never stops evolving."
Hannah Vanpé, Associate Producer
"Black was one of the games that inspired me to pursue game development, so it's especially rewarding to now be part of Criterion's legacy of creating outstanding first-person shooters.”
Jack Marsden, Technical Artist
